Tonneau covers in our range come with a 5-year warranty. To keep your HiLux tonneau cover in top condition, apply 303 Aerospace Protectant regularly—this simple step can add many years to the life of your vinyl cover.

HiLux Tonneau Cover Installation

HiLux tonneau covers are designed specifically for each vehicle model and include fitting instructions. We've been supplying self-install tonneaus for many years to satisfied customers all around Australia.
If you're replacing a bunji loop style tonneau and already have buttons installed on your vehicle, select the "Blank" Bunji option. These HiLux tonneau cover kits come with bunji loops not yet attached to the cover, allowing you to correctly line up the existing buttons with the new bunjis using the punch tool provided.

Most tonneau covers are supplied with a complete fitting kit, though some installations require additional tools. The fitting instructions detail any extra tools or fittings needed (drill, drill bits, rivet gun, marking pen/pencil). For bunji loop style covers with buttons on your tray or tub, you can also use a rust protectant available from automotive stores.
