Seat Protectors

These seat protectors work best with car seats that have separate, height-adjustable headrests. The harness wraps around the headrest to keep each protector secure. They come in Small, Medium, and Large sizes, so it's best to measure your headrest first to choose the right size.

There are three size types to choose from:

  1. CLASSIC - Front & outside seats
  2. NARROW - Centre & third-row seats
  3. CHILD SEAT - Under child seats (ISOFIX/LATCH)

Waterproofing and durability

Are these seat protectors waterproof?

Yes. The full range is independently tested and rated waterproof to 5000mm HH, which is similar to a quality hiking backpack or tent. While they keep water out for over two hours, some water may eventually get through.

Are they durable?

Yes. Each seat protector is made from several layers of recycled polyester, with a thick 600D top layer and a strong 250D bottom layer, so they're built to protect your seats for years.

Cleaning and care

How do I clean them?

If they just get sweaty or wet, you don't need to clean them often. Simply detach the Cover and hang it in the sun to air out. For a deeper clean, put it in the washing machine on a gentle cycle with water up to 30°C, or hose it off. To dry, hang it on the clothesline or use the loop on the back.

Do I need to leave them deployed all the time?

No, they're not meant to stay on your seat all the time. You can enjoy your car's regular seats most days and only deploy the protector when you need it after outdoor activities.

Fit and compatibility

Will they fit my car?

If your car has separate, height-adjustable headrests, the Classic size will fit. Measure your headrest to pick the right size. We recommend the Narrow size for the centre rear seat. The range usually doesn't fit small, fold-up third row seats in SUVs.

Will the Narrow size fit 3rd row seats?

The Narrow size is made for minivans with slim third row seats, like the VW Multivan, KIA Carnival, and Dodge Caravan. It also fits 7-seat SUVs with a fold-up third row.

Can I use them with a child car seat?

Always follow your child restraint manufacturer's instructions, since compatibility can vary. If the manufacturer says not to use a seat protector, please don't use one.

If it's allowed, the Child size can help keep your seats safe from everyday messes like spilled drinks, melting ice cream, and muddy feet.

  • ISOFIX-compatible child restraints: pair a standard Harness with an ISOFIX-compatible Cover.
  • Seatbelt-installed child restraints: you can use a standard Seat Protector if your child restraint manufacturer allows it.

If you're not sure, check your owner's manual or contact the manufacturer before using a seat protector.

Everyday use

Are they good for dogs?

Yes. Many customers buy these seat protectors to keep their seats safe from their dogs. The tough, multi-layer polyester stands up to sharp claws. When you get home, just detach the Cover and shake or hose off the fur.

Do I need to keep them stowed on the headrest when not in use?

It's your choice. You can leave them stowed on the back of the headrest so they're easy to grab, or take off the Cover and put it in its pouch to store in your door pocket, glove box, or gym bag.

Warranty and spares

What's the warranty?

You get a 12-month warranty across the range against defects in materials or workmanship, plus any rights you have under consumer protection laws.

Are spares or replacement parts available?

Yes, you can buy each part separately for any size in the range. Some people get an extra Cover for their Harness so they always have a clean, dry one ready.
