When choosing this cover, make sure your boat's overall length and beam closely match these boat Cover Specifications.
STEP 1: Measure Boat Length
Measure the centreline distance from bow to stern in a straight line.
STEP 2: Measure Beam Width
Measure the distance across the beam (widest point of your boat) in a straight line.
NOTE: It is recommended that both measurement instructions are used to help you choose the correct cover size.Fits boats with bow rails up to 150 mm high and Windscreens up to 600 mm high.

STEP 1: Measure Fabric Width
Using the overall cover fabric width measurement for your chosen cover, measure across the widest point of your boat, over the top of any boat fittings (e.g., cabin, windscreens, etc.), to the point on the hull where the cover's hem will finish.
STEP 2: Measure Fabric Length
Using the overall cover fabric length measurement for your chosen cover, measure along the length of your boat, over the top of any boat fittings (e.g., cabin, windscreens, etc.), to the point on the hull where the cover's hem will finish.

FAQs
How can I be sure I'm choosing the right cover size for my boat?
Check your boat length before ordering. In the semi-custom fit range of Ocean South Boat Covers, we provide the boat size each cover fits and the material's actual end-to-end dimensions.
When checking your boat length, please don't assume the model number determines the boat's length. For example, a model number might say 430, which could make you think the boat is 430cm long, but when you check the boat's specs, you may find it's actually 445cm long. This affects which size cover will fit your boat.
Also, we strongly recommend measuring up and over across the centre and the widest part of the boat to check that the maximum fabric lengths do suit your boat. After measuring, you may find you need to change your originally expected cover size.
If you are not sure, then please phone or email for assistance; we are here to help you get the correct fitting cover.
What Material are Ocean South Boat Covers Made from?
Ocean South Boat Covers are made from a heavy-duty marine canvas called Cyclone Premium Woven Dope Dyed Polyester.
Do the Boat Cover Fabrics breathe?
The ready-made boat covers have a rear air vent, which allows airflow and reduces moisture build-up inside the cover.
Will the cover go over my Outboard Motor?
No, you need to purchase a separate outboard motor cover to go with the boat cover. Coverworld offers a comprehensive range of outboard motor covers. Our USA-manufactured Carver Covers include an attached rear motor pocket for all boats with an outboard engine.
I have a Bimini Top; can I still use my Boat cover?
Yes. Fold the Bimini flat on the boat, and the cover can go over it.
How do I care for my Boat Cover?
To keep your boat cover looking great longer, support it with the Boat Cover support poles. Proper support will prevent water from pooling on the cover.
When trailering or storing your boat with the cover on it, use the Tie Down Kit to prevent damage to the cover.
Never wash the boat cover in a machine. Use a soft-bristle brush to clean it. Allow the cover to dry completely before folding and storing it.
We offer specialist cleaning products for boat covers, which we recommend for the best cleaning and care results.
Never use chemicals or cleaning solutions on your Boat Covers; this will void your warranty and can significantly reduce the fabric's lifespan.
We offer a boat cover support system that lifts the cover to help water run off and prevent pooling on the cover material. Water pooling on fabric over a long period can damage it, so use the support system if it suits your specific boat model.

Important Information about installing covers onto new Boats
CAUTION: Compounds used in new boats can release gases that can cause dyes in boat covers to transfer to the boat and stain the boat or fittings. We recommend not using a boat cover on a new boat for the first four weeks to allow any gases to dissipate.
Fitting covers and protecting sharp areas on the boat
Before fitting your cover, make sure all sharp points or protruding equipment/fittings are well covered with a cloth or sponge to avoid damaging your cover. Damage caused by protruding or sharp exterior fittings or angles is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Information about Travelling Long Distances with a Cover Installed
Note: If you are trailering your boat, we recommend that on long journeys you routinely check that even tension is maintained across the cover. This will help prolong your cover's life. Damage caused by trailering is not covered by warranty. The cover must be fully and tightly secured before towing a trailer with a boat and cover installed.
