    How long before I receive my Wetseat Seat Covers?

    The Wetseat try to keep some colour combinations of popular Utes & Wagons on the shelf, ready to ship. Made to order items do take time to manufacture, lead times are approx. 4-6 weeks. You will be sent an email with your lead time once you have purchased.

    Coverworld and the Coverworld website is not associated with the listed Manufacturers, we use the Manufacturer and Model names to identify the aftermarket products that we supply to the Vehicle model. Please contact your local dealer for branded OEM products.

    Wetseat Neoprene Seat Covers Isuzu D-Max Dual Cab - LS-M / LS-U and X-Terrain
    I ordered a set of pre made neoprene seat covers for my dmax. 2 weeks later I hadn't heard anything so I followed up with coverworld who told me the manufacturer was out of stock. Had to order the made to suit covers instead. Then had to wait another 6 weeks for them. When they hadn't arrived 6 weeks later I had to follow up with coverworld again. Then amazingly they were shipped the next day. The seat covers themselves are pretty good, not a spot on tight fit on all of them, and the ones I ordered with the coat hook on the back of the passenger seat didn't have the coat hook hole. Stitching in a couple of places could have been better. Overall too expensive for the product but seem to be reasonable quality. Will see how long they last

We apologise for the delay in providing you with updates on the order, unfortunately we can only provide updates when our manufacturer provides them to us, and we investigated each of them for you straight away on request. Also after reading correspondence between us, I told you 3-4 weeks before dispatch of the made to order set (which we paid the difference for due to the inconvenience), and then they were shipped within this timeframe. Would you please be able to provide photos of what you have received so we can investigate this with our manufacturer as well? As our manufacturer would like to see this for quality control purposes.
