Q: How do I find the correct size Motorhome Cover?
To find the correct size cover for your Motorhome, just measure the length of the motorhome body only – don’t include the hitch. The Covers are designed to fit within a size range - so, for example, if the body of your Motorhome is 20ft long, you require the cover for 20'' to 22' in the Fabric Covers range. Before placing an order its important to double check the length by measuring because in many cases a vehicle is marketed as its internal dimensions and when measured if can often be up to 2' / 60cm longer than expected
Which size do I need for made to Order Motorhome Cover?
Our made to order Motorhome covers are made to order to your size, we allow an excess in the finished cover size for fitting the cover to the motorhome, but when requesting measurements from you we need the actual dimensions

How does the Motorhome cover fit over aerials, guttering etc?
We recommend that sharp or fragile objects on the exterior of your caravan such as aerials, guttering etc are removed if possible, or covered with a cloth or piece of carpet, before fitting the cover in order to prevent damage to both them and the cover. The Ultimate made to order coversare provided with a 90cm x 90cm reinforcement Patch to protect / reinforcement stress points. If you have an aerial mounted on the side of your roof that does not fold down you may find that on that side the cover is lifted slightly on the side. Some of the new Motorhome Aerials are mounted on the extreme motorhome roof edge in this case you may find that the cover is lifted on this side
Are Motorhome Covers hard to put on?
Before purchasing a Cover consider how agile you are before making the cover decision, we have different designs of covers available which all have different installation methods. You should normally allow approximately 30 - 40 minutes for installation. Covers should not be installed on windy days, they should also be put onto clean and dry vehicles, loose dirt on your vehicle could cause rubbing and scratching. Please contact us if you unsure about the fitting method or how hard it is to this will depend on various factors such as your Motorhome length, Height and how often you wish to install and uninstall the cover and which cover you choose. For rooftop weather protection we reccomend the Fabric Stormhats. Note Stormhats and Stormcovers for Motorhomes are hard to install.
Do Covers scratch Motorhomes?
No Covers dont, but you need to aware of what can cause scratching and rubbing and take preventative measures. Firstly if your van is dirty when the cover is put on then the dirt particles can rub against your cover and cause scratching. Also if you have acrylic / perspex windows then you should be aware that they cause static, this static attracts dirt an dust particles. After much research we have found that a product called VuPlex which is a specially designed anti static formula and also scratch treatment is the best solution to this problem. The problem of scratching exists because of the nature of the perspex windows and not because of the cover, but treatment with VuPlex is reccomended whether you have a caravan cover on your van or not, it will help prolong the clarity of your windows.
I bought a cover from another supplier and it only lasted 6 months is this the same quality cover?
No. There are some products on the market that are manufactured using materials that are not designed for extended UV exposure. For Class C Motorhomes we only offer high quality covers with a minimum 3 year warranty we understand that your motorhome is a big investment and our quality covers are designed to help protect your investment.
