Semi Custom Fit Boat Covers and Bimini Tops with 1 Year Warranty



Our one year warranty Covers come with a 12 month manufacturers warranty (Terms and conditions )
The materials and workmanship are guaranteed to be free from defects at the time of manufacture. The warranty does not cover normal wear, weather soiling, oxidization of water repellant, or stains from environmental pollution. The boat cover must be
properly secured, maintained and stored for the warranty to remain in effect. In addition, the boat cover must be utilized for the purpose for which it was intended. If there is a defect, Oceansouth will repair or replace (at its own discretion) the boat cover
FREE of CHARGE provided the customer prepays freight to and from our factory.

Boat Covers and Bimini Tops with 3 Year Warranty



The materials and workmanship in Carver products are guaranteed to be free of defects at time of manufacture. The length of the warranty is determined by the type of material ordered. Please visit our website, www.carvercovers.com for material choices and length of warranty for boat covers, PWC covers and bimini tops, or refer to the material list below.

Warranty coverage commences on the original date of purchase. The warranty does not cover normal wear, weather soiling, stains from environmental pollution and/or standing water, cuts from sharp objects, neglect, accident or misuse. The boat cover, PWC cover or bimini top must be properly installed, utilized and maintained.

If a defect is detected within 12 months of date of purchase, Carver Industries will repair or replace (at its discretion) the product free of charge.

If a defect is detected after 12 months and up to 36 months from date of purchase for three-year warranties, and up to 60 months from date of purchase for five-year warranties, Carver will (at its discretion) repair the defect on a time and material cost basis or replace the product on a pro-rated basis.

Carver Industries, Inc. and/or seller provide this warranty in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Carver Industries, Inc. and/or seller disclaim all liability for special, incidental or consequential damages.

Some states/provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state/province to state/province.

Call before returning product to receive a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#)

Please enclose a note describing the defect and be sure to include your full name and address inside the package.

Jet Ski Covers with a 2 Year warranty



The workmanship and materials in your product are guaranteed to be free from defects at the time of manufacture. The warranty does not cover normal wear, weather soiling, or stains from environmental pollution. The product must be properly secured, maintained, and utilized for the purpose for which it was intended.

If there is a defect, Coverworld will repair or replace (at its discretion) the product free of charge, provided the customer prepays freight to and from the shipper.

As the covers are designed for towing purposes you can expect normal wear and tear over time howver they are manufactured using Sunbrella which is the finest grade marine fabric available.

RV Covers with 3 Year Warranty

RV and Car Covers with 12 month warranty



If a manufacturing defect is found or the cover becomes un-servicable wihtin 12 months a replacement or repair will be offered at our discretion.

Car Covers



Important information about our Waterproof Car Covers

This cover should be taken off of your vehicle once or twice a month to air, the outer layer should also be washed, though the fabric is UV treated dirt on the cover can interfere with the UV treatment and decrease the life of the cover. The outer layer is PVC and inner layer is a cotton polyester mix.

30 day and 90 day warranty products



These products are offered with a limited warranty which allows you to return them to us within the specified time frame for a full refund. This can include items that are faulty. however please note the products must be returned in a serviceable condition and if not the request for a refund may be denied. You must contact us first, no claims will be accepted if a returns authorisation number is not requested in the first instance

Clearance Lines



Clearance Lines do not carry the normal warranties of other covers, we allow a 30 day period where the cover can be exchanged for a different size if you have ordered incorrectly.

All orders placed incorrectly the freight costs for a replacment cover and the returned cover are payable at cost.
