Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and MasterCard and Pay Pal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. Shipping And Handling When you go through the checkout process you will be asked for your State and Postcode and then you will be presented with 2 delivery options, Australia Post or Startrack Express Couriers. In most instances the lowest priced option will be StarTrack Express

Surcharge on Australia Post as a delivery method.

Australia Post charge a minimum daily collection fee and as we send 99% of all orders via Startrack Express if you select Australia Post as your delivery method then this fee will be charged to us for your individual order.

Why are Australia Post prices so much higher than Startrack Express?

Most covers that we sell when they are shipped they are charged not by the actual kilo weight of the item but by the size of the box. Australia Post have a different method of calculating the price based on the box size.

An example

A caravan cover that actually weighs 10 KG's is charged at 33 KG's via Australia Post and only 23 KG's via Startrack Express.

Also Startrack Express have divided each state into many more price bands than Australia Post for example there are 3 prices bands to WA via Australia Post but 10 with Startrack Express which means that the delivery charges are much more accurate for your specific postcode.
Delivery Schedule We process orders within 24 hours items marked for next day dispatch unless there is some error in the stock monitoring which can happen from time to time, as the online store is updated a day behind the accounts system. if there is going to be any delay longer than the stated dispatch time then we will contact you.

When we dispatch you order the delivery schedule will accompany your dispatch documents, the delivery time is different for each individual state and area in Australia.

International orders cannot be processed online, please contact us if you wish to order a product outside of Australia.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 3 working days for a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. If you order the incorrect size for an item and wish to exchange the cover then you will be required to pay the full freight costs to return the goods and have a replacement dispatched to you. Its important to realise that for most products on our online store we have paid towards the freight costs and you are only charged the balance. Delivery can be costly so please order carefully.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition, if not then no refund will be issued.
