Replacement for Lost or Damged Items in Transit

All covers that we dispatch are sent via common carriers which means the freight company accept no liability for loss or damage to the parcels.

We have taken our extra insurance but there is an insurance excess of $500. By taking out freight insurance we will cover the excess cost for any insurance claims.

Every cover that leaves our warehouse in perfect condition and no refund can be given for goods damaged in transit if no insurance is purchased. Please consider this carefully. Freight insurance is a minimal charge.

This insurance does not cover any delays in transit by our freight company, we are not responsible for any late deliveries.
